Delivery Timelines

United Kingdom (UK): Delivery within 8–12 business days.
Delivery timelines may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, customs clearance, or if additional time is required for the energising process of your order.
Pottery, Artwork & Paintings: As these products are handcrafted, made-to-order, or specially sourced from artisans, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days.

Free shipping across the United Kingdom on prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders within the UK.
For international deliveries outside the UK, please contact us at info@ehesas.com for shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Airway Bill (AWB) number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

If the shipment is marked as Delivered on the official logistics/courier tracking portal, it will be considered successfully delivered.
Any claim regarding non-delivery must be reported within 3 calendar days from the recorded delivery date.
Claims raised after 3 calendar days from the delivery date will not be entertained.
No refund, replacement, reshipment, exchange, or compensation will be provided for such claims.
The delivery status displayed by the official logistics/courier partner shall be treated as the final and conclusive proof of delivery, unless otherwise determined by the courier partner through an official investigation.
