Please keep in mind that our free Economy shipping on orders over 35 GBP, only applies to shipping within the U.K region.

Shipping to other EU countries may take longer than stated delivery times.

Delivery Estimates for International orders:

Orders over 100 GBP are eligible for free standard international shipping. However, customers may be responsible for customs, duties, and taxes fees based on their country.

The shipping time frame for international orders is 10-25 business days, but delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.

Mail may be transported by ground, air, or a combination of both. Customers are entirely responsible for all designated import duties, customs, and local taxes by their country and region.

The checkout total does not include any additional required duties, which the carrier will inform customers about. In the UK, customers may need to pay VAT, Customs Duty, or Excise Duty on goods from outside the European Union (EU), which, on average, will amount to 12% of the order's value.

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back, a shipping; handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Misdelivered packages and PO Boxes:

Our company is committed to providing reliable and timely shipping services to our customers. However, we would like to draw your attention to certain circumstances where we are not liable for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or shipped to PO Boxes.

For handmade products;that are directly sourced from the artisans, we take at least 20-30 days to deliver.

For deliveries to other countries, please contact us at info@ehesas.com for shipment period and charges.

Information regarding the Airway Bill number will be communicated to the buyer via email or text message after the products are dispatched.

All our products are ethically sourced from the artisans directly. Once you place an order with us, we will send your custom order directly to the artisan and will keep updating you as the journey goes.
